Coach Health Lab is a New Zealand service and handles personal information under the Privacy Act 2020. This policy explains what information is collected, why it is needed and how it is protected.
Information and service providers
Account details, recipes, meal plans, contact messages and product usage data are used to provide and secure the service. Payment details are submitted directly to Stripe. Approved infrastructure, email, analytics, error-monitoring and language-model providers process only the information needed for their function.
Your choices
You can update account information and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Analytics is configured with privacy protections, while marketing communication is optional and separate from necessary account and billing messages.
